The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent by cultivating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions and strives to identify and communicate organizational needs proactively with our HR department and business leaders. The HRBP maintains a working knowledge of assigned business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition in order to aid in achieving short and long term organizational goals.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department, office and/or business unit.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
SPHR/SHRM-SCP and/or PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
