Have you mastered recruiting Nurses in your local market? Well we have a challange for you!  How would you like to get exposure in recruiting Nurses all across the U.S.? Talk about a daily grind! We're looking for a full-cycle nurse recruiter who can assist our Hiring Managers in finding RN's and LPN's to join us in a utilization capacity.

 

Since you’re hungry and want to be successful in developing relationships, we do not want you to turn and burn once you get a nurse on the hook. You will get to see your hard work through the entire process as you will be assisting the nurses from application to getting them onboarded. When you're working your job openings we want you to develop pipeline talent for our service centers also.  

 

You would be located in one of our service centers in sunny Santa Monica.  Our Talent team is all over the U.S. and each one reports into the Leader of Talent Acquisition, each team member is a phone call away from assisting you and offering advice. All of us have a video phone so it's like we're in the same room with you! It's time you take your skills to the next level and join the largest Independent Medical Examination company in the world!

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Key responsibilities include successfully developing and performing all aspects of full cycle recruiting strategies in the Insurance industry including competitive market research, cold calling, Internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates.
  • Responsibilities include regular communication with hiring managers regarding open and active requisitions.
  • Direct follow-up communications with hiring managers to ensure expectations and needs are being met. 
  • Negotiate employment terms with potential candidates.
  • Knowledgeable with Diversity Recruitment Advertising & Affirmative Action.
  • Track record with securing long term hires without dependency on third party agencies.
  • Demonstrated record in using an ATS to its full capabilities (i.e. iCIMS).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work quickly on time sensitive initiatives.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, can-do/solutions oriented attitude, and possesses good multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent process improvement and project management skills is a plus.
  • Ability to drive achievement of key talent-related objectives and associated metrics/targets.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions.
  • Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome
  • Ability to prioritize time and work effectively, keeping recruiting pipeline in consideration at all times; additionally, must be able to confidently communicate pipeline to others

  • Ability to work autonomously to oversee all Req Load management activity.

  • Proactively meet with the Operation Leaders to understand business needs, upcoming openings, develop pipeline talent, and create bi-weekly recruiting reports to share with Operational Leaders.
  • Ability to be available on a regular basis to have face-to-face interactions with key members of Company’s sales team.
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize multiple work activities and responsibilities and use time efficiently.
